Why are our buffers better?

Our buffers only use quality components and are designed to have no sound of their own - totally transparent, no color, no EQ, no distortion - just your tone as though you plugged your guitar directly into your amp with a 10ft cable (even if you're running a dozen or more pedals between the guitar and amp).

Choose Your Adventure with Custom Routing

The problem with commercially available buffered interfaces is that they're not 'one size fits all.' Our buffer is 100% customizable and offers an array of routing configurations - Mono, Stereo, 4CM, 5CM, Wet/Dry, or Wet/Dry/Wet, with the option to add an FX loop, audition loop, tuner out, or TRS/MIDI thru.

Single or Multi-Buffer Design Welcomes Multi-Amp Setups

The Custom Buffered Interface can contain up to four internal buffers. Additionally, for multi-output configurations, the interface includes an isolated output with an isolation transformer (on the right output), which effectively removes ground loops for when you're using a multi-amp setup, and ensures that all of your amplifiers are functioning in phase with each other.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@therigdr.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be taken. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@therigdr.com.Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items.
Items that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned upon receiving the item. The Rig Doctor Inc. holds the authority to refuse a refund should the things fall under the above circumstances.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item. Once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Free shipping is not offered outside of USA orders.

As many of the items sold on our site are made to order, it is essential to note that any cables, custom pedalboards, buffers or other handmade items may take up to 7 business days to arrive at your door.
We do our best to ensure that our orders arrive well ahead of the above timeline. However, we want to assure you that each product is handmade and tested by our curated team of experts to ensure you receive a superior quality product.
